Gutkha-Tobacco Sales Policy

WARNING:

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A SAFE.

ALL TOBACCO SALES ARE FINAL

AGE: 

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and take delivery of RMD Gutkha and other Indian Tobacco Products. Panmasalamix.com reserves the right to request additional age verification on all orders. This information will not be shared with outside parties except as required by the state and federal laws.

Phone numbers:
Phone numbers provided on all orders must be complete with 10 numbers, valid and working numbers. If we are unable to contact you at the phone number listed if needed, we will have the order returned to us. This may cause your account to be blocked for future orders.

When contacting us with questions or concerns be sure to provide your order number. This will ensure minimal delays in responding back to you.

INTERNET TOBACCO SALES: 

Please be advised, the following States do not allow internet tobacco sales of any kind: AL, AZ, AR, CT, GA, IA, LA, ME, MD, NH, NY, OK, OR, RI, SD, UT, WA, WI, WY.

In addition, please be advised we do not ship to the state of Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi or North Dakota.

This list is subject to change at any time due to revisions in state/federal laws.
It is required by Federal and state regulations that packing slips and invoices are sent with each tobacco order. 

TAXES – USA:

Effective immediately, all sales of tobacco will be reported to each State that Panmasalamix.com ships tobacco products.

Buyer is responsible for complying with all state and federal laws. Panmasalamix.com will not be responsible for any penalties or actions brought against the customer for failure to comply with State Law.

“Cigarettes/Smokeless Tobacco: Federal law requires the payment of all applicable excise taxes and compliance with applicable licensing and tax-stamping obligations.” Excise and sales tax will be added at checkout as required by individual state law with the following exception:

BUYER is responsible for Tobacco Excise and sales/use taxes in the states of California, Colorado, Idaho, and New Jersey.

Buyer is responsible for all sales/use tax in the following states:

AK, DE, IN, MN, MO, NC, ND, PA, VT, VA, WV.

Please take this matter seriously as Panmasalamix.com abides by the law and will report all sales information to your state.

Panmasalamix.com reserves the right to refuse to fulfill any orders due to the buyer’s state law. In this case, all money will be refunded fully and promptly. 

If you reside in the State of Nevada, you are required to pay 30% tobacco tax.

Any tobacco sales to states other than California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Jersey and Pennsylvania will be fulfilled and shipped by Kings & Lions LLC, a subsidiary of Ganesha Enterprises LLC.

 

TAXES – CANADA:

Effective immediately, all sales of tobacco will be reported to each Province that Panmasalamix.com ships to.

Buyer is responsible for Tobacco Sales Taxes – PST+GST or HST whatever is applicable in buyer’s province.

All Import Taxes on Tobacco Products will be the responsibility of the buyer, payable to the carrier(UPS/FedEx) at the time of delivery.

Failure to comply with Local Law will subject the buyer to his or her own province’s penalty.

Protecting Fraud:

We reserve the right to refuse Sale of Tobacco Products to anyone.

Further, in an effort to combat credit card fraud and to prevent the purchase of our products by minors, Panmasalamix.com reserves the right to request additional verification before an order is processed and shipped. We only ask this information to verify the identity of the credit card holder and said information is not shared with outside parties.


SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Panmasalamix does not ship Tobacco Products outside of USA and Canada.
  2. All tobacco products are shipped via FedEx or UPS to a street address only. (No Post Office Boxes).
  3. All tobacco products will be delivered to the address specified at the checkout time.
  4. No address forwarding requests will be entertained.
  5. Tobacco products can not and will not be shipped via USPS.
  6. All orders received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the same business day.


DELIVERY TIME FRAME

  1. Delivery times will vary during the holiday season.
  2. Free Standard Shipping, Estimated Delivery within USA – 5-8 Business Days.
  3. UPS Standard Shipping, Estimated Delivery to Canada – 8-10 Business Days.

REFUND & RETURNED ITEMS POLICY

  1. ALL TOBACCO SALES ARE FINAL.
  2. FedEx/UPS will require an adult signature for delivery of ALL tobacco products. 
  3. Please make arrangements to receive your package at the delivery address.
  4. Returned Products by FedEx/UPS will only be resent after you pay full postage again.
